Delivery Times
We dispatch the item from the warehouse within 1-3 business days to the customer.
We ship and sell items worldwide and under normal circumstances our deliveries take between 8-12 business days depending on the delivery option you choose. Orders placed on weekends are usually packed and dispatched the next business day.
If delays in delivery occur due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure) such as during an ongoing global pandemic we are not responsible for any issues caused by the delivery time. Please wait up to 30 business days before contacting customer service about a missing order by tracking the order with the provided tracking number.
Products are shipped directly from our partner's warehouse to offer you the best possible prices. We reserve the right for any errors that may occur in connection with third-party logistics. By making a purchase with us you agree to all the terms specified on this website. We therefore advise you to contact us in advance if you have questions regarding a purchase before entering into a purchase agreement. For any complaints or other questions you should always contact us via email.
For all packages that are not collected we reserve the right to charge you as the customer 200 kronor for incurred return shipping and handling costs.

Where is my order?
Your order will be dispatched from our partner's warehouse within 1-3 business days*, we will send an email with a delivery confirmation that contains your tracking number and delivery information.
If you are still unsure where your package is, please email us and our support team can help you further with this.
*During high volumes the processing time can vary up to 7 days, the time stated above is only an estimate of how long our packages usually take to process. The times above are not guaranteed shipping times.
Discount codes must be used before completing the purchase. Marino does not accept discount codes after a purchase is completed.
My package cannot be tracked, what can I do?
After receiving the dispatch confirmation email for your delivery it can take up to 1-3 business days for the tracking code to become active. If you still have problems, do not hesitate to contact us.
